These terms govern your use of StackedML (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. See also our Privacy Policy.
The Service
StackedML provides educational content, practice questions, and labs for learning machine learning. It is for learning only—not professional, legal, or employment advice. We may change or discontinue features.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or breach of these terms.
Paid plans
Some features require a subscription. Prices and what is included are shown on Pricing and at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party processor; we do not store your full card number. Subscriptions renew until you cancel using the billing tools we provide. Taxes may apply. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, harm others, or abuse our systems—for example by harassment, trying to bypass access controls, or scraping or redistributing our content at scale without permission.
Intellectual property
Content and branding on the Service are ours or our licensors'. You get a limited license to use the Service for personal learning. Do not remove notices or misuse our trademarks.
Third parties
The Service uses providers (e.g. hosting, auth, payments). Their terms may apply to you where relevant.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), except where the law does not allow that limit.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or end access as described above. We may update these terms by posting changes here; continued use after updates means you accept the new terms where allowed by law.
General
These terms are the full agreement on this subject for the Service. If one part is invalid, the rest remains. Governing law and mandatory consumer rights where you live apply as required by law.
